This project involved Full Scope Architectural Services for new construction of a 3,260 sf traditionally styled Home with a detached Garage, including a 500 sf Accessory Dwelling Unit. The project replaces an existing home on the project site within the Lake Eola Heights Historic District. The home features a large combined Living/Dining area with open Kitchen, adjacent Den, Office/Pantry and Laundry Room, Front and Rear Covered Porches, three Bedrooms, including a Screened Porch off of the Master Suite, and a third level "Attic" with another Bedroom, Bath, Loft and Storage area. Construction systems for this project utilize Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to maximize thermal performance.
College Park Villa

This project involved Full Scope Architectural Services, beginning with Site Planning and Conceptual Design of a 5000+ sf home and culminating with production of Construction Documents. The spacious design includes a combined Gourmet Kitchen and Leisure Room opening onto a covered Veranda overlooking a Lap Pool. The Ground Floor Master Suite overlooks the pool as well, and the Upper Level features three Guest Rooms and a Media Room opening onto a central Gallery. A previous Owner of this property renovated a 1947 traditional home to become a modern residence. The current Owners desired further modifications to better suit their particular lifestyle including the creation of a new Master Suite requiring a small expansion of the overall volume, a new Deck & Loggia, and reconfiguration of internal functions to combine Living & Dining. Other aspects of the project involve a near total renovation of all interiors, extensive custom millwork, window and door replacement, new exterior finishes,
energy efficient detailing, roof replacement, replaced/new skylights, and reconfiguration of exterior privacy screen walls
Rollins College Faculty Housing
Winter Park, Florida
The scope of work for this project involved Design Development and Construction Document Production for two residences to be utilized as Faculty Housing for visiting Professors. Rollins College obtained two residential lots off campus, located in an historic neighborhood within Winter Park, Florida. The designs were developed by collaborating firm Huitt-Zollars (Architect-of-Record) in accordance with the applicable Historic District restrictions, and with guidance from the City's Architectural Review Board.
