Kenneth Rinker Architects was founded in 2012 as a Full Service Architectural Firm and Design Consultancy and is currently licensed to practice in Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York and Washington D.C. We are first and foremost a Design Architecture firm with a focus on Custom Residential, Retail, Restaurant & Bar, Mixed-Use, Resort & Hospitality, and Senior Community project types.
Typical Professional Services include Conceptual Design, Design Development and Visualization, Construction Document Production, Site Evaluation and Master Planning.
Ken Rinker is a Registered Architect with over 35 years of professional experience on a wide variety of project types, and is licensed to practice in five states, holds Certification from the National Council of Architectural Review Boards, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Member of the American Institute of Architects.
